Luke Forss

Luke Forss is responsible for the day-to-day operation at Forss Painting. He began at the family business when he was in high-school. Luke performed the most basic of tasks and learned the art of painting from many craftsmen. Under the tutelage of his father, Luke is now a master painter and incorporates his talents into each and every job. Luke also loves to play competitive softball.

Ingrid Forss - Secretary

Ingrid Forss is the company’s executive secretary and ensures that every detail of the day-to-day tasks gets done right the first time. Her wide range of responsibilities includes preparing correspondence and invoicing. When you call the office, you’ll probably be greeted by her friendly, pleasant voice.

Melody Shaffer - Office Manager

Melody is a key member of the Forss office staff. She’s an indispensible asset to the company and ensures that every detail of the day-to-day assignments gets handled in an efficient and timely manner. As our office manager, Melody handles your questions and requests with the greatest amount of courtesy and speed.

Field Employees

Forss Painting, Inc. is able to maintain a work force of 15 to 25 employees throughout the year. Many of the crews have been with us for most of their career. Since we are based at the seashore our business increases quite substantially in the spring and summer season. This means we then need to double or triple our workforce. Because of all the experienced longtime employees we have it is easy to integrate these new hires into our company.
